Engine 22 

Engine 22 is a 2015 E-One Typhoon Rescue-Engine and responds on fire calls and all Auto Accidents & Rescue incidents out of Station #2. It is equipped with a1500 GPM pump, 1000 gallons of water and 30 gallons Class A Foam tank for the FoamPro system. This engine has discharges for (2) 1-3/4" 200 ft. crosslays, (1) 100ft 1-3/4" front bumper "trash" line. Off the rear of the engine it has (1) pre-connect 200ft of 2-1/2" hose, (1) pre-connect 300 ft of 2" hose, (1) 200 ft of 3" hose for a quick attack portable deluge . It carries a complement of 3" and 1000 ft. of 5" supply line and hard suction hose for drafting, Hi-Rise/Hotel pack, and NFPA ground ladder complement. Engine 22 carries a full complement of Holmatro hydraulic rescue tools, rope, and water/ice rescue equipment, sawz-all’s, rescue, chain, and portable band saws, various stabilization jacks, wood cribbing, high-pressure airbags, stokes basket & SKED, 8000lb portable electric winch with rear and side receivers, multi-gas monitoring and HCN detection equipment, RIT equipment, Hydra-Ram & K-Tool kit, electric PPV fan, and various other rescue equipment. It is equipped with a Will-Burt NightScan light tower, 10Kw PTO generator, and various other gas and electric lighting equipment. Engine 22 also carries an AED and ALS equipment to handle medical emergencies and a full ensemble of tactical EMS/Rescue Task Force gear and body armor for the crew. This truck is equipped with On-Spot tire chains, FireCom headsets, 200’ search rope bag, 2 thermal imagers, Knox KeySecure, has seating for 4 firefighters and is usually staffed with a crew of 4 for most fire calls.
